Ingredients

Each 190 mcL dose (1 spray) contains:

Colecalciferol (vitamin D3)                                                                      25micrograms

     equiv. vitamin D3                                                                                           1000IU

Dosage

Adults - Spray 190 microlitres (1 spray) into the mouth once dialy or as professionally prescribed. Shake well before use.
