Manufacturing Excipients: Colloidal anhydrous silica, disodium edetate, gellan gum, glycine, hypromellose, leucine, microcrystalline cellulose, potable water, potassium acetate.
Incidental Excipients: Acacia, citric acid, dl-alpha-tocopherol, maize starch, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide.

Directions for Use

Adult Dose: Take 1 capsule daily or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.

Cautions 

When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. 
Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. 
Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, talk to your health practitioner.
